I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was just steps away from the bus stop and the starting point of several hiking trails. I also loved the friendly staff, who were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the onsen was one of the hotel's best features, with both indoor and outdoor hot springs available. I especially enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains from the outdoor onsen. this hotel offered a comfortable and clean room, great facilities, and a convenient location.
Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a great time at a hotel situated close to the bus stop and various hiking trailheads. My room was enormous, with a nice balcony overlooking the stunning mountains. the staff was very welcoming and even helped me get started on the trail by providing valuable advice. the onsen was clean and refreshing, with an outdoor bath that offered a breathtaking view. Dinner was scrumptious and served in an intimate setting.

We spent Christmas at a mountain retreat with beautiful onsen baths. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding nature and had easy access to trails and nearby towns. the spacious rooms were comfortable and had a cozy atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the natural onsen baths offered amazing views, and we enjoyed soaking in the warm water after a day of hiking.
We found the breakfast options to be very limited with not many local restaurants open during the vacation period. We had to drive further to find more options.

Spending my Christmas in this cozy mountain hotel was an absolute delight! The location could not be more perfect, as it was close to a wonderful trail that led to one of the most stunning mountains I've ever seen. The staff was always on hand to offer guidance and ensure our stay was comfortable. I also loved the natural onsen that was easily accessible, and the outdoor one had an impressive view of the surrounding mountains. the spacious room was nicely decorated and made for a lovely Christmas atmosphere.
The limited food options available. We had to venture out quite far to find decent restaurants, as most of them closed quite early.
